Enshin Karate:

Enshin Karate is a practical system of empty-handed self-defense based on a strategy of circular movement, allowing you to use your opponent's power and momentum against him or her. This strategy, called sabaki, enables its practitioner to convert defense into offense. Enshin Karate's founder is Koncho Joko Ninomiya.

Shinkendo:

Shinkendo is the reunification of traditional, authentic Japanese samurai swordsmanship as envisioned by our founder, Toshishiro Obata. Our curriculum consists of five main pillars or structures, each supporting the other in a logical, progressive format: Suburi (sword swinging) Tanrengata (forging kata) Batto-ho (drawing and re-sheathing safely and correctly) Tachiuchi (paired practice- sparring) and Tameshigiri (test cutting).

Toyama ryu:

Originally a small sub-system of sword-drawing techniques created for officers of the Japanese Imperial Army, Toyama ryu is now represented in various forms throughout the world as an independent sword art. Toyama ryu is categorized in Shinkendo as "gaiden waza" (borrowed techniques). Though ranks are awarded separately for Toyama ryu, these limited methods are taught as part of the overall Shinkendo curriculum.

Aikido- Aikibuiutsu:

Aikido's fundamental principle is to blend with an opponent's movement and energy, controlling his or her physical center while protecting one's own center against reversals. One never fights strength and aggression with the same but rather relies on more refined techniques and methods.
